My real-estate journey started in 2008, and somewhere along the way I fell hard for unique, eco-friendly properties — the kind of homes that don't fit a template. That interest hasn't faded. It still drives a lot of who I work with and what I get excited about pulling up to.
Today I represent buyers, sellers, and investors across a tight stretch of North County — from the surf village of Cardiff out to the equestrian lanes of the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant. I keep the roster small on purpose. When you hire me, you get me. Not a transaction coordinator pretending to be your agent.

How I work
We start with a 20-minute call — your goals, your timeline, your real budget. From there you get a written game plan within a couple of days: target streets, the comps I'm watching, and what the next moves look like. No high-pressure pitch, no drip emails you didn't ask for.
I've also assembled a great team — lender, inspector, stager, design-build — so the parts that usually get sloppy don't. It's how a transaction stays as easy as it can be.
And honestly, I'd rather pass on a fit that isn't right than push someone into the wrong house. That's cost me a few deals over the years and built me a referral business that does most of my marketing for me.
Outside of work
