The short version
I grew up between Encinitas and Cardiff, learned to surf at Pipes, and spent a decade in financial services before getting my California real-estate license in 2023. The two careers feel more connected than they look. Both are about helping people make a high-stakes decision with incomplete information, and both reward agents who do their homework over agents who close fast and look good doing it.
Today I represent buyers, sellers, and investors across twelve North County neighborhoods — from the surf-town village of Cardiff to the equestrian lanes of the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant. I keep a small client roster on purpose. When you hire me, you get me. Not a transaction coordinator pretending to be your agent.

How I work
Every engagement starts with a 20-minute call — your goals, your timeline, your real budget. From there, you get a written game plan within 48 hours: target neighborhoods, comp work, and a calendar of next steps. No high-pressure pitches, no recurring drip emails you didn't ask for, no bait-and-switch.
I'd rather lose a fit-mismatched client to another agent than push them into the wrong house. That bias has cost me commissions and bought me a referral business that does most of my marketing for me.
Outside of work
Surf, two kids in San Dieguito schools, and a rotation of Cardiff Kook–adjacent dive bars. If you want my honest take on the best taco shop in Leucadia, that's also a service I provide.
